To pay by cheque please post your order to us at the address above together with a cheque drawn on a UK bank account made payable to amba nature. Please ensure you quote your order number on the reverse of the cheque.
We will endeavour to despatch your order within 3 to 4 working days of receiving your payment, usually same day or next, although we cannot guarantee this. If there is any delay we will email you to let you know when it will be dispatched. If delivery of your order is urgent please contact us.
If you require delivery of your items to more than one address you will need to order the items on our website for each separate address or please contact us when you place your order, for which there will be a packing and postal charge for each address. Invoices and receipts will only be sent to the original buyer.
Delivery times are out of our control and we shall not be held responsible if your order is not delivered in the timescale as stated.

A signature is required for next day delivery so please ensure that someone will be in at the delivery address provided when the parcel is delivered.

Delivery to Europe takes 3 to 5 working days after we despatch your order, and 5 to 7 days for Rest of World.
When you receive your package you will be responsible for any Customs fees and import duties in the country it is sent to.
For orders placed from outside of the UK we are only able to accept payments made by credit card through our website and deliver to your billing address.
We give you 14 days to make your mind up, and if you are not satisfied with any of the items you ordered, we give you a further 7 days to simply return it for a prompt and courteous refund, or exchange it for a replacement, provided that the unwanted item is returned as sold and has not been used or worn you, and you let us know by email, telephone or post within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order and return it to us with the advice note invoice within twenty one (21) days with all original labels, tags and packaging.
When you contact us we will email a returns form to you. Please complete the form and tell us why you are returning the item, so that we rectify the matter quickly, and print the form and return it with the item also, or email it back to us on the day the item is returned to us.
We are only able to receive and make balance payments for returned and exchanged items by bank transfer (BACS) or cheque.
Due to health and hygiene we can only return refunds on earrings if the seal has not been broken and they have not been taken out of the packet.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, but the postal charge for sending a replacement to you is free.
Please contact us if the product is damaged in transit to you.
Refunds will only be returned to the original buyer of the item, and refunds and replacements will be processed within 7 days.
Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price.
If a refund is made, the payment gateway you used to pay for your order, i.e. Google Checkout, Moneybookers, Nochex and PayPal may deduct payment fees and you might not receive the whole amount that you paid, when we return your money to you.
When returning an item we recommend that you use a registered postal service and obtain proof of postage, so you that you can make a claim if the parcel is lost, as we shall not be held liable for items lost on return.
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this returns policy.
